After preview approval and production start, the product normally cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind.
Damage, defect or inaccuracy
If the item arrives damaged, has a production defect, or clearly differs from the approved preview, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
Correction promise
After review, we may offer a correction, remake, partial solution or refund depending on the case and applicable consumer rights.
