What do I need to order?
You'll need 1 photo.
The person's face must be clearly visible in the photo.
Can I choose the pose and clothes?
Yes! During the ordering process, you can describe your desired pose in a free text field.
You can also describe any clothing you wish.
What are the dimensions of the figures?
We offer several sizes, from 13 to 24cm. Larger sizes are available upon individual request. Contact us for more information.
How long does production take?
A standard order takes about 10-15 calendar days.
There is also an option for an express order of about 5-7 days.
What are the payment methods?
Cash on delivery and card payment.
