These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between customers and the Enchantiya website (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Our site" or "Enchantiya"). By accessing and using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Product and Service
Enchantiya creates hand-painted 3D figures based on photos provided by the client. Each product is unique and personalized.
3. Creation Process
The client provides photos through our order form. Based on these photos, we create a personalized 3D model, which is used for printing the figure and subsequent hand-painting.
4. Data Storage
To ensure the 365-day warranty against breakage or damage to the product, we store the photos and the created 3D model in a secure database for a period of 365 days from the order date. After this period, the data will be automatically deleted.
5. Copyright
By submitting your photos, you grant us the right to use them for the purpose of creating the personalized 3D figure and fulfilling warranty conditions.
As well as using them on our website/social media for sample/marketing purposes.


6. Returns and Complaints
Due to the personalized nature of the products, returns and order cancellations are not accepted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

7. Warranty
Figures come with a 365-day warranty for breakage. In case of a defect, we will create a new figure at no additional charge, provided that we have the original 3D model stored.

3. How long do we store your data?

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, unless it is necessary for delivery (e.g., with a courier company).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the provided contacts.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All images (including those generated through our software), texts, logos, graphics and content are the exclusive property of "Enchantiya".
7.2. Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution will be considered an infringement within the meaning of the Copyright and Related Rights Act and will lead to legal action.
7.3. The use of our software for generating images by people providing similar and/or related services to ours is strictly prohibited and such individuals will be held accountable under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
